Our Team
Our organization emerged from the collaborative efforts of five founders with significant background in government, early childhood education, children's rights, law, and human capital management.
Management
Naomi Shloush
Project Manager
Holds a bachelor's degree in social work and a master's degree in administration and leadership in education from Tel Aviv University. In her previous roles, she served as the director of training and the leadership program at the 'ISEF Foundation,' project and initiative manager at the 'Shiur Acher' association, and marketing and external relations manager at Tel Aviv University for Youth. She dedicates her professional life to promoting the values of equal opportunities, reducing disparities, social solidarity, diversity, inclusion, and multiculturalism

Founders and Management
Michal Halperin
A research fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, engaged in research and writing about competition in technological fields. Served as the head of the Israeli Competition Authority
between 2016 and 2021. A lawyer with rich experience in public service and the private sector.

Adv. Ayelet Aphek
A lawyer specializing in children's rights and combining the fields of law and education for 20 years. Served as a coordinator on the Committee for Children's Rights and their implementation in legislation, headed by Judge Rotlevi. Studied education at the Kibbutzim Seminar and is an expert lecturer on children's rights on behalf of the Ministry of Education

Vered Lewenstein
Vice President of Marketing and Business Development in a leading manpower company. An expert in managing projects that require recruitment, operation, and management of manpower on a national scale and in operating complex tenders.
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Hebrew Literature, a track for creative writing. A bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology. A master’s degree in business administration

Prof. Margalit Ziv
An expert in culturally and socially sensitive early childhood education and education for shared life.
A senior lecturer at the Kaye Academic College of Education

Adv. Reut Kedron
Director of "Games for the Future" - Education for Shared Life in Early Childhood, in the Education Department at the Accord Center. Holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law, and a Master's degree in Business Administration. Managed the 'Working Together' initiative, worked at the Ministry of Economy and in the Prime Minister's Office in areas of economic development

Prof. Manuel Trajtenberg
Head of the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS).
Emeritus Professor of Economics at Tel Aviv University. Founded and led the Israeli National Council for Economics and chaired the Trajtenberg Committee

Ms. Gila Ben Har
An education professional. Member of the board of directors at the Levinsky-Wingate Academic Center and at Beit Issie Shapiro. Served as the CEO of the Center for Educational Technology between 2004 and 2018, and prior to that, was the head of the Education Department at the Tel Aviv Municipality. A graduate of the first cohort of the Mandel School for Educational Leadership and a member of the Mandel Foundation's management

Judge Nava Ben Or
Served as a judge at the Jerusalem District Court from 2007 to 2018, and prior to that, was the Deputy State Attorney for Criminal Affairs. A senior lecturer at the School of Public Policy at the Hebrew University between 2004 and 2007.

Dr. Salim Brik
Lecturer in Political Science at the Open University. Researches Arab and Palestinian politics, the Druze in Israel and Arabs in mixed cities. A political commentator and columnist for 'Haaretz'
