The first training by Start 800 in Rosh HaAyin was successfully completed.

Yesterday, we celebrated the completion of the first training for the afterschool staff in Rosh HaAyin. A group of about 20 staff members from 10 afterschool programs completed 24 academic hours of training. This educational program teaches about the diversity of the Israeli society and the various cultures that blend within it.

The afterschool teams learned how to introduce children to a variety of cultures, including Ethiopian, Russian, Moroccan, Arab, religious, and ultra-Orthodox cultures.

During the training, the group became a cohesive team with professional pride. The staff members formed a group that supports each other professionally and personally.
